Schedule a courier pick up on the website and the courier will be at the appointed time. Prepare a shipping label for the courier in printed form or in electronic format and receive a 20% discount on transportation (the discount is available only for cash shipments).

Leave everything for us, we will look after your shipment and deliver it safely to the recipient. You can track the shipment via notifications and the Track and Trace service.

How to send a parcel from DHL Service Point

Bring your shipment to a DHL Service Point and get a 30% discount! To receive the discount, create your shipment on the ShipNow website via this link.
After completing the shipment on the website, you will receive an email with an identification code for your shipment.

The same email will also include a link to find the nearest DHL Service Point that can accept your shipment.

Then simply bring your shipment to the DHL Service Point, where our staff will be happy to help you pack and insure your shipment — without the need for a DHL account. Make sure to provide the identification code to the DHL staff, which you received after creating the shipment online.

Next, make the payment at the DHL Service Point by card or in cash. After your shipment is sent, you can track it throughout its entire journey using notifications and the DHL tracking service.

How to place an order by phone

DHL Express makes it easy to send packges and documents worldwide. Order your shipments by phone and you will see that they are delivered quickly and reliably.

Just contact our call center at: +7 727 2588588 for mobile operator. Then tell us the sender and recepient information as well as shipment details.

Our DHL employee will create your pick up request and send you an email containing a link for you to finalize your transport label.

Then simply print out the label. Your DHL courier will come to pick up the package and you can pay for your shipment to them.
