Loyalty program "CASH IT CLUB"

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

1.1. These Rules are a public offer of "DHL International Kazakhstan" LLP addressed to all interested parties to participate in the Loyalty Program for individuals "Cash It Club" (hereinafter referred to as the "Program"), under the conditions defined in these Rules, without limitation of the period for acceptance and the possibility of early withdrawal of this offer.
1.2 These rules regulate the procedure for providing the 5th (fifth) free shipment to those who have joined the Cash It Club program of DHL International Kazakhstan LLP.
1.3. The organizer of the Program is the Limited Liability Partnership "DHL International Kazakhstan", BIN: 040240002644, legal address: 050008, Almaty, 100/2 Nazarbayev Ave., Prime Business Park.
1.4. A service center employee is an individual who registers shipments under this Program.
1.5. These Rules apply to the Cash It Club program issued by DHL International Kazakhstan LLP (BIN 040240002644).

2. PROGRAM ENTRY RULES

2.1. Participants of the program are individuals who have reached the age of 18 who have created an electronic card at the DHL Express service center. Using Cash it Club means agreeing to these Terms and conditions for their modification and cancellation.
2.2. An individual wishing to enter the program provides his data to the DHL Express service center employee in the form of last name, first name, patronymic, email address and contact phone number. When registering, the individual will receive an SMS code for confirmation, which must be voiced to the employee of the DHL Express service department.
2.3. Individuals wishing to join the Program, the Program Organizer issues Cash It Club savings cards, which are assigned unique numbers. The unique card number will be sent to the Program Participant at the email address specified by him/her.
2.4. 5 free Sending can only be performed by a person for whom the card of a regular client is issued, that is, the cardholder, presenting an identity document (ID card, passport, rights) for identification.
2.5. The Cash it Club program operates only on the territory of Kazakhstan and does not include shipments from other countries.

3. REQUIREMENTS TO RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING

3.1. To receive a free shipment, you must have 4 registered shipments from the DHL Express Service Center in your city.
3.2. All shipments from Kazakhstan abroad and within Kazakhstan (with the exception of shipments within the city) from any DHL service center in your city can participate in the program. Except for sending by calling partner offices or DHL courier.
3.3. The weight of the 5th (fifth) free shipment should not exceed 2.5 kg.
3.4. Free Shipping does not include additional services (customs services in Kazakhstan and the country of receipt, cargo insurance, priority delivery, delivery notification, etc.).

4. OTHER CONDITIONS.

4.1. These Rules may be changed unilaterally by the Program Organizer. The new edition is sent to the program participant's e-mail.
4.3. The Program Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Program with prior notification by e-mail of the Participants one month before the planned cancellation date. In case of cancellation, all accumulated shipments will be canceled.
4.4. One individual may participate in this Program an unlimited number of times.
